Rates are based on the dollar value.
A judgment under $500.00 will not be considered unless you have multiple judgments.
One-time/single judgment recovery our rate is 25% of the judgment collected if collected with in 30 days, after the demand letter is sent.
If the debtor does not pay in response to our demand letter, then our contingency fee is:
50% for 0- $ 20,000.00
40% for 20- $ 50,000.00
30% for 50- $ 100,000.00
25% for over $ 100,000.00
Moreover, we charge all of our expenses to your debtor.
We will ask the court to increase the judgment to cover fees for court services, process servers, etc. Therefore, you are not held financially liable for the expense of the judgment enforcement.
