Answers to your questions

How Judgment Enforcement works.

1)You sign a contract.
2)You assign the judgment to Independent Judgment Enforcement.
3)Wait for your enforcement to begin.

Fees?

1)If your debtor pays within 30 days of receiving our debtor letter our fee is 25% of the total judgment.
2)After the first 30 days the fee is 50%, up to $20,000.00, over 20,000.00 is on a sliding scale
3)We charge all fees back to the debtor.

Does your judgment qualify for our agency?

1.Is it under 10 years old?
2.Is it docketed in district court?
3.Is it over $ 1000.00?

Other costs?

1)There are no other costs to you, zero retainer fee or deposits.
2)We get paid only if we enforce your judgment!
3)We manage all of the paperwork and necessary court appearances.

How do we do it?

1)We are a splinter in your debtor’s hand- always there. Just when they think they have gotten rid of us- we are there, waiting for opportunity to “enforce this judgment”.
2)The process of enforcement is a set of steps to follow; the secret is in the timing and follow- thru.

We are not a collection agency!  We only enforce court ordered judgments!!
